Jon Lloyd was receptive to adjustments and changes and offered ideas multiple times with the viewing and Celebration of Life service. Everything came together and we had many people say that it was an uplifting experience to come.
My family has high expectations for service and care. After the tragic loss of our Dad, Kaelin, went above and beyond to meet the needs of my Mother and several siblings. To manage all of our needs and differences with compassion and grace could only take a very special person like Kaelin. Also, I have to give major praise to all the staff that worked the visitation and funeral. They were wonderful and went above and beyond.
