If I honestly rate this company a zero I would
But unfortunately, I have to give them One star
. Do not and I repeat DONT NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. It was honestly a problem from day one of orientation. But proceed with caution, Especially if you are bringing on a family member/client of your own.
I highly recommend to look at other companies. The lack of communication that this company has and the lack of respect that these people have for the family members even the client. They don’t know how to simply give a phone call or leave a proper voicemail. It’s always hard to get into contact with somebody at the office and they are just rude. I strongly caution anyone considering this company for care. Communication is consistently poor, and the human resources department is unprofessional and dismissive. If you raise concerns, you risk losing services rather than having your issues addressed. There is a pervasive culture of intimidation and a lack of accountability—problems are not owned, and clients or staff who speak up are often removed rather than supported.
