I had been looking for flooring for my basement for a couple of months and just didnt trust any of them. High oressure sales and too little options was what I ran into. Then I remembered Carpet One. I had done business with them 30 years ago in my first home. I stopped in and browsed around. I was greeted by Sandy, and felt no sales pressure . I left and came back the following week and again saw Sandy. She again allowed me to browse and I talked with her about flooring options for possible flooding areas. Carpet One has done an excellent job with all our new carpet and vinyl planked flooring. We have done an addition and some renovations to our main level. They have done all the new flooring and carpet for us. Excellent installation crews and great customer service and pricing.
