We have been having some issues with our Samsung refrigerator for about a month or 2 and we reached out to Brook mill. I just want to start off by saying they were very professional and had excellent communication skills. They made sure to notify me when the parts came in and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. Jacob was our technician and he was so respectful and very helpful.
