Had an excellent quick service by Brockman's. They installed a furnace about 5 months ago. Recently we smelled a gas leak. Loren Collier was the Technician and I give him 6 stars!! Very professional, very knowledgeable, detected where the 2 leaks were coming from and quickly efficiently repaired the leaks. Thank you Loren and thank you Brockman's.
What a wonderful group of people! From the first telephone "hello" ( yes, a REAL person!) to the on-time technician's "good day", Brockman is fantastic! Do not hesitate to contact this company. 20/10!!!
My furnace went out and needed after hours service and Emily was super quick to get to my house and diagnosed my problem and got it fixed in a short amount of time. Super friendly and respectful. Very thankful for the Brockman team tonight!
