Had our air conditioner checkup and cleaning done today. Technician has been out to our house. Several times and I know the technician, he does a great job. He showed me all the specs as to where it was at
And let me know that there was nothing that needed to be done at this moment to the system
Today I had the furnace cleaned at my rental property. Brad Hartman was my technician and he was polite and professional. I like the fact that I receive an email with the photo of technician with the time of arrival. I have Brockman service at my home and rental property, and appreciate their excellent service. Another 5* rating?
Will, went above and beyond. I had not relized I had not moved the desk away from the water heater and some how he managed to do the maintenance. He made friends with Moxie who brought a toy for him and she hopped up on the couch to get closer. She waved at him even without being asked before he left. Thank you Will
