James was awesome to work with! Just 3 weeks after a huge hail storm we have fully been repaired to better than pre storm condition! The crew completed all of the repairs in a day! With roofing in the morning, siding repair on one elevation and gutters all in the same day! When they first knocked on my door we were hesitant at first but so glad we stuck with this group. From the orginal inspection to negioating with my insurance carrier for replacement. Out new roof, gutters, fascia and the couple of windows they replaced look fantastic and ar leak free. Our roof took on some damage from the recent wind storm. Bigs/James was very responsive and got our roof repaired quickly. He had someone out the same day to do an assessment and repair was complete the next day. I’m very thankful for the quick turnaround as the missing shingles were causing me to panic on any unforeseen issues if left unresolved. Before and after pictures attached.
