Stumbled upon this place and decided to check it out for my son who has ADHD. I went in and was welcomed by Mary and Sam, who explained to me in detail about the program and listened to me about what I was looking for. I went the next day for a class and absolutely loved it for my son. He had so much fun and couldn’t wait to go again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a karate class for their child to get into.

I called and asked if they had adults come in, and they do. The people there are professional and very nice. They offer free classes for your first week, and I went to my first one. I would highly recommend this place to any adults and kids wanting to learn about not only the physical side of martial arts but the mental side.

The first day of my son’s trial (free week), I was impressed with the positivity of the environment! My son was showered with praise that encourage his best effort. It was apparent my normally shy son felt welcomed. Left day one with my heart full. The sensei’s passion and expertise shines.
