We had a new furnace and AC put in last year, we felt like the AC wasn't blowing as hard as the Heat turns out the fan speed was lower on the AC. Zachary came out took a look and explained everything and upped the fan speed and with our older home from the 40s the ducting it's not the greatest but gave us information on how to make it work better and options to improve it. Always love the service and knowledge from whomever come out. Highly recommend.

Mason Mcsorley, Dustin Mcsorley, & Quinton Purdy are the nicest, patient, customer oriented people you could have. The work was above & beyond. I had edging around the old A/C unit, but the new unit was larger, so they moved & reinstalled better than before. He asked if it passed my approval. I tried to explain I was NOT a Karen. He took me through everything & explained how it all worked. Before installing the new white thermostat he washed his hands as to not get it dirty. We had an emergency call for my elderly mother's house during one of the coldest days of the year. Dominic got there even earlier than their earliest estimated arrival time and got everything fixed (and more) before he was even supposed to have arrived for the day. I'll definitely be calling them back.
