I had a walk in emergency dental appointment. The ladies at the front desk were all very kind and helpful. I was able to be seen in a good time manner and same day treatment. Every staff member and doctor I had an encounter with shows that they have a passion for their work and helping others.
Chipped my tooth and they had it fixed in 2 hours, very polite and friendly. Had to wear my back up dentures and he even fixed that one really quick so it didn't hurt me. Very happy with them.
I have some incredible doctors, but I have never been treated so warmly at a healthcare facility. From the minute I walked into Affdent, everyone treated me special. It did not seem forced or phony. Sydney was extremely gracious and provided me with two blankets when I had convulsive shakes from being cold. She was very attentive and asked about my comfort level several times. Great personality. Dr. Braasch, there is nothing I can say to address his professionalism, bedside manner, personality, and skill. AWESOME - the best experience as a patient. He was funny, which was disarming.
