Afdent Patient Friendly Dentistry

After a scheduling glitch/misunderstanding, I received prompt and professional services for a broken tooth, after going far too long without routine dental care. That said, my tooth was damaged over Thanksgiving weekend and I was searching for an emergency dental practice, since I had no current dentist, and Afdent came up as a 24/7 emergency dental office, which turned out no longer to be true, as it was an outdated site. Otherwise, I am happy with the treatment I received.

Kelly has a lot of passion for individual customer service and for doing a good job. She made me feel important. Towards the end of the appointment, another Hygienist approached her about taking one of her next patients. She became very irritated and mentioned that someone had changed her patient line up 3 times that day without communicating with her. I attempted to console her by telling her that they give her the challenging patients because she is strong. I was thankful that she was irritated at the end of my appointment instead of the beginning of it.

A work crew that works together!!!!!! Any question asked, an answer was to be had. Everyone very pleasant and accommodating. Very interested as to what I may have thought I would prefer, with options, making me feel I was part of the team. Kiddo's to this professional and systemic venture that have you flow thru, with everyone making you comfortable with reinsurance. Highly recommend Afdent for your dental needs!!!!!!!!
