My two kids and I have been taking classes here going on 3 years and they really keep it fresh and as you progress new classes open up to you creating a constant challenge to better yourself.
This is a defensive art and perfect for learning how to de escalate and control the situation if it were to happen in the real world.
Also the 2 Masters and Grand Master have each around 25 years experience and that’s a lot of experience.
