My cat, Dimsum, became very ill very suddenly, and I had to bring her in right away. From the moment I walked through the door, every single person greeted me with kindness and genuine concern. Dimsum’s condition was initially unknown, and after multiple tests, Dr. Cable recommended that she stay over the weekend so they could rehydrate her and monitor whether she would eat.

The level of communication I received—especially directly from Dr. Cable—was truly mind-blowing. I have never felt so comfortable or confident with a veterinarian before. I knew without a doubt that Dimsum was receiving the best possible care.

Thanks to medication, patience, and lots of tuna and broth, little Dimsum began taking steps toward healing. When Dr. Cable asked me to bring her back in for a follow-up, every staff member who knew her came by to say hello and shower her with love. That meant so much to me.

“We’ve been going to Brookschool Road Vet Clinic/Fishers Vet Hospital for 4 years ever since my dog was a puppy. They’ve been awesome at providing the best care from the very beginning! From her regular, annual visits to sick visits in between, they’ve been very professional and attentive at making sure she’s safe and healthy. Staff are very welcoming and communicative. We’ve seen most of the vets there but established the most consistent care with Dr. Collins. We love her and so appreciate her patience, understanding, and hard work. She truly takes the time in assessing her patients, providing the most appropriate intervention, and giving education to owners. We are so sad we cannot continue with them due to us moving out of state but would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you guys for everything!“
