Dr. Smith ensured that I followed up with my once a week appointments to check up the progress of my eye. “I found myself in a situation recently. I had developed an infection in my eye lid and not being a frequent visitor of eye doctors, I started calling all around the area to find help. Everywhere I called, when I could actually reach a person, I was met with impatience, rudeness, and a lack of clear information, especially in regards to what a visit would cost.

The staff at Allisonville Eye Care Center, from the people on the phone, to the techs, and finally the doctor were all wonderful! It was so nice to speak to people on the phone who were kind, patient, and did their absolute best to be helpful and accommodating. Today's world is full of negativity and a lack of caring, so my experience with this clinic was a breath of fresh air.

I was fit into the schedule, treated very well, and I'm on the mend. This will be the new clinic for my wife and I all because of my recent experience there. They are good people and choosing them, in my opinion, is a great choice over others in the area.

“Dr, Bickel and her staff are outstanding, I drive from out of state to see her and would not trust anyone else with my families eye care. They are always friendly, kind, and more than willing to help with whatever concern arises. Her assistant Tori goes out of her way to make both of my boys feel comfortable. The office staff is always well prepared and makes check in/out very easy and they go out of their way to answer any questions we have regarding insurance or ordering contacts or glasses. I have never had a negative encounter when I have been in the office or had to call in. This is why I continue to travel several hours to this office, it is well worth the peace of mind I feel after the exams knowing my family has had the best care by a great doctor, her assistant, and staff.“

“My husband, children and I have been going to Dr. Fiddler for about 4 years now. He is a fantastic eye doctor! He is friendly and professional. He is very thorough and takes his time with me and my family. He explained everything very clearly to me when going over the pictures taken of my eye. He told me about a freckle on my eyeball, which I thought was odd and interesting at the same time. He told me about the blood vessels and what he is looking for when he looks at those and the different diseases he is looking for that could be associated with it. He compared the pics from my last exam with the most current one to show me the similarities and differences. And, he didn’t seem to get impatient with me when I would ask him to switch between lenses several times to determine the clearer view (I hate that part). The staff in his office are really friendly and professional too. I highly recommend Dr. Fiddler!“
