Erin’s hot wall class is always full of fun surprises, intentional movement, focused alignment, brain power, and time for the body to play! It’s always a fab time!
I have went to Flourish 4 times since 2021. It is exactly what I want out of yoga. Relaxing music and setting. Poses that are held longer to give you the stretches you need. And approachable for newbies while people regularly attend. One of my wife's favorite places in the Indy Metro.
Flourish is truly my hOMe away from home. The community of beautiful souls, inspiring instructors and a plethora of varied class offerings makes for a wonderful place to practice, learn and grow.
