Been coming to this gym for almost 4 years, always had a good experience. Recently the new staff at the front desk all have an attitude and are kind of rude. The girl that used to work at the front was so much nicer.
Been waiting outside the gym for 40 minutes due to no staff showing up to work. We should never have this problem as loyal members of this gym. Not only can we not workout but we have wasted our gas driving here when the gym is suppose to open at 5am and it’s 5:41am no one has arrived yet. My commute is 20 mins to this gym. Very Frustrating!!!!!!!
The club is large and the instructors for the classed are very good. Only about half of the equipment is well maintained though. Some machines are torn and need repair. All of the hand weights in aerobics room need to be replaced.
