LA Fitness offers a range of amenities at a great value. The club is large and features state-of-the-art equipment, basketball courts, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, and Kids Klub. Instructors for group classes are highly rated. However, some equipment is old and in need of repair, and cleanliness can be an issue. The gym has undergone recent updates, including new machines and training areas. Staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is clean. Despite some drawbacks, LA Fitness remains a convenient option for many.
Have been going to the Fishers LA for years now, and I simply have to say, the overall experience as of late has been stellar. The front desk staff is incredibly kind, Megan is amazing!!! Ryan and the other sales staff have taken care of a couple of my family members and the sales process was smooth and easy. The janitorial staff is amazing at keeping the location clean and tidy! But last week I witnessed something that completely changed how I view the staff as whole. It seemed as if a member was having some sort of medical emergency and near immediately Ryan sprung into action, assisting while maintaining his composure and a calm demeanor. Great gym. Love the trainers, equipment, staff. HOWEVER, some new higher level guy took over who is a KILLER OF JOY and made the front desk remove the ducks. It was so much fun to contribute and to see what new additions were there. What a fun story of how it started! But then this new guy WHO DOESN'T LIKE FUN and who thinks you can't be professional and FUN and SPREAD JOY at the same time, made the staff remove the ducks! How awful his life must be! BRING BACK THE DUCKS!!!

Nice facility, nice community. Horrible plan for retaining customers. I’ve been here for almost a year. I wanted to switch to a cheaper plan , paying $45 a month, as I only use this location. I wasn’t offered to switch to a cheaper monthly plan without paying ANOTHER initiation fee. Mind you I paid $120 initiation when I joined, not to mention I’ve been here for 10 months. I was switching to a gym closer to my home, that’s 24hrs. For $20 a month. I told them for $25 a month, I’d stay. But nope they can’t make it happen without paying another $100 for INITIATION! Make it make sense 🤦🏼♂
