I recently had my windows replaced and was very happy not only with the up front discussion with Chris as he explained the OKNA window background and specs, but he was straightforward and a pleasure to deal with. As far as the install crew (Danny and Nelson), these guys were great. You know skill and experience when you see it in action. They were fast, efficient and friendly, and they assured me that Fadely will be there if I ever have any questions or need service. I highly recommend Fadely Home Design.

We had all of our windows replaced with Fadely Homes as well. Like it has been said.... Getting a quote was easy and fast (no hours long sales pitches like other companies tried to give). Okna windows. Pricing was VERY competitive. Installation was quick, easy and well done. Would highly recommend to anyone!
