They kept us informed each step of the way. We were told that our install would take 3 days. Nick W. Done our conversion in a day and a half. He was the most polite installer I’ve ever dealt with. He cleaned up so well each day. He even cleaned in places that I wouldn’t have expected him to. He answered all our questions. Took time to explain how and why he was doing things. He made sure all the accessories were placed where I wanted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would recommend bee window to anyone needing a new bathroom.
