Fadely installed my windows about 30 years ago and also they did other things to my home including shutters, etc. It’s amazing how well these Windows and Items have held up. Yesterday I called Fadely and said that someone someone had accidentally torqued the window and messed it up in the frame. The now owner , Chris, came over fixed it very quickly and absolute refused any payment. In these days, how is that for Service?? I will tell you if you’re gonna do Windows or any type of thing to your house that they cover please give them a chance!!!! I started looking at getting new windows when one of those door-to-door sales people came by my house, our windows were 25+ years old and desperately needed replacing. We have 31 windows across our entire house so it was a big project!
When I reached out to Chris for a quote, his answering service took my info and within a few hours, Chris had reached out to me to schedule an appointment. After his initial visit, he was responsive to get me my quote. Chris' quote was a really competitive price for the new black windows I was planning to order. Fadely Home Design replaced my 1980’s windows recently and they did a fantastic job! Pat, the installer, kept us informed of his plan and completed our job in just 3 days. The windows are good quality and look great. I highly recommend Fadely as I’ve had a lot of problems with different contractors in the Geist area. Highly recommend!!
