I have the unique experience of knowing Maxim as a client and as an employee. My children benefit from their nursing services and I work for them as a home health nurse. I have been blown away by the ease with which they make the process on both ends. We worked with another home health company before and found Maxim to be more flexible, easier to work with and more generous with pay and benefits. It is almost unheard of for home health nurses to offer holiday pay but Maxim does! If you’re researching nursing companies as a career or to receive services, Maxim is top notch!

I love working for maxim!!!! They have been so flexible with my schedule, which is very hard to find in nursing!!! I can always pick up extra shifts if needed. They are very understanding if you have an issue. I’ve never worked for a company where they says please, thank you , and they appreciate you as much as they do!!! Amy & Jeff are great!!!!

Maxim is a great company to be employed with. The staff in the office go above and beyond to ensure the patients as well as the staff are comfortable, and happy! I enjoy coming to work and making a difference, and am so glad I found this company to do it through.
