Who ever gave them a bad review must be spiteful.
I was in the hospital for a month and the home health has been only nice and help ful. They are so caring. They have become like family.
I would highly suggest them for home care anytime.

After our father’s stroke he was sent to Deaconess Midtown hospital, from there the hard choice came on what hospice facility to use or bring him back home and attempt to do all the care at home. We are so happy we choose Deaconess hospice, from the hospital care to the hospice care we couldn’t of been more satisfied. The staff at Deaconess Midtown hospital and the staff at Deaconess hospice were so caring and kept us informed on Dads condition at every turn. The facilities were top notch. After his passing we received the nicest card from the hospice care staff. Thank you for your kindness and care during our families hard time. We are so thankful for you guys.

Last time I spoke with the supervisor she was snappy with me and didn't understand what my circumstances were. However, every nurse that has come to my house has been very nice, the first time they change my wound vac the incisions that I had actually opened up and there was blood squirting out of it. The nurse stayed calm, and called the Dr's office directly to let them know I needed in there ASAP
