Routine maintenance showed AC unit needed a part thankfully still under warranty. Next day got call part received and technician would be out within the hour to replace. Can't ask for better service!
Noticed our house was warm, checked the thermostat, 77°. We usually have it at 72. Made a call to A+ and paid the emergency fee for them to come today. Craig was here within 20 minutes. I was surprised! A common part had worn out and needed to be replaced. Our unit is 14ish years old, so he recommended we have it cleaned. Good thing we did because it was DIRTY! Unfortunately there appears to be a refrigerant leak. Lord, that's expensive! Craig recommended we have it filled and monitor but ultimately suggested we replace the unit since it's at its limit in age. Craig was friendly and quick. My air quit working over the weekend and with the temps going to 90 again Ryan came right out and fixed it. Because I am in the platinum plan I only had to pay $88. I am blessed to have A+Derr as my hvac people.
