They've been so helpful with my questions (I always get a human to talk to right away!). It has been a huge help to just call and ask if they can pick something up for me in addition to my trash can. Reasonable rates too. I've been very happy!

We recently signed up for trash and recycling pickup and have been very impressed with Ava’s! The sign up process was simple and straightforward. The communication has been thorough but not invasive. Pickup has been dependable and customer service has been top notch. Their prices easily beat out the competition. I love supporting a local family business and especially one with a great cause. ? I highly recommend!

Ava’s is just the best! They are reliable and predictable with pick up times and go above and beyond when it comes to service. On more than one occasion we have forgotten to take our trash to the curb and the technician, ever so kindly, walked up our driveway to retrieve our bin. We love Ava’s!
