We had a severe water leak occur that impacted a 3rd of our house. ServPro North Elkhart County came quickly to mitigate the damage that night and stayed to early the next morning. They completely mitigated the damage, walked us through our options, and worked with our insurance carrier to ensure we were covered. They were knowledgeable about our type of home (Built in 1910 with Victorian molding and trim). They gave us a rebuild estimate and quickly converted from mitigation to reconstruction with extreme professionalism. A large tree fell and crashed through our roof. Servpro North Elkhart County, Jim Beck and Joe Granzotto most definitely took extra steps to help guide us through this disaster. Such relief having one company handle everything ! Rare to find a group of this caliber. They weren’t satisfied until we were ! 100%recommend .
