The doctor and people in PT are great. Very easy to work with. People from their business office and their collection policies are not. Most places will work with you, take payments bi-weekly, etc. They do not.

OSMC has no compassion for what employees go through. I was taking care of my mother on hospice. I was the main caretaker and would care for her before and after work. I would forget to punch in and or out for lunch occasionally. I was written up. When I was ambushed and talked to from HR I was told Oh I didn't know that. My boss did not tell HR what I was going through, HR told me I was a good employee and showed up on time everyday. I am now working where they have compassion and work with you when life issues come up.

Went to OSMC for PT, shoulder surgery (not sure of the doctor's name who did my shoulder surgery) and trigger finger. Dr. Hix is amazing. My whole family is treated by Dr. Hix.
