I was working with another company and not feeling confident with their work and recommendations. I found Scott, my project manger to be very professional and he offered a number of options with no pressure. Trent did a great job with the removal and installation. Legacy got me on their schedule quickly and had excellent communication
We live in Florida during the winter months. I have a wifi thermostat up north in my Michigan home so I can keep track of my furnace. The temp. one day in the Michigan home was dropping so I knew I had a furnace issue. It was late at night and bitterly cold. I phoned Legacy and they contacted their on call service employee who promptly phoned me and went to my residence and repaired my problem. My neighbors had a key and let the service man in. It was a cold winter night and the service I received was perfect. They have earned and I will continue to trust them with my business.
