Matt Communicated on his arrival time and was here promptly. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. Corrected a problem. I was not aware of and performed an annual service on furnace. Price was very reasonable, since I have the full service plan. After discussing humidity situation, bought a full home dehumidifier system.
Matt was the tech who was here to fix humidifier as it had been draining water continuously which caused the back up pump to run frequently. We weren’t sure if this was the problem or not. Day before another tech, Carson, recreated the noise we heard and he figured it out.
Matt came out and adjusted the humidifier and it stopped draining water immediately. Even though new humidifier, since it had been draining continuously Matt replaced the pad as worn. Matt also affixed the humidifier to wall better and put silicone around it as well! Excellent job!

Darryl provided incredible service today. He came for a preventative maintenance service and ended up finding a few items needing repair.
