I was with my boyfriends mom and we saw a dog wrapped around by the mail box by the street and my boyfriends mom tried to get ahold of the business but they didn’t call back and the dog wrapped around the mailbox it’s leash was really long where the dog is almost on the road and it could of gotten ran over.

Just visited Cutting Loose while traveling through Elkhart. Rhonda took plenty of time cutting and shaping my hair after a not so great cut in Atlanta 5 weeks ago. My hair looks and feels good. I would recommend Rhonda.
