My husband went in as a walk-in. He waited 1 1/2 hr. which he knew might be a possiblity since he didn’t make an appointment. They told him it would take that long and that he could leave (run errands) and they would contact him 15 min. before they were ready for him. That is exactly what happened. They took his coupon ( 9.99) and gave him a buzz cut (5min.)

When I had told the lady about the style that my son had listed in his notes from their salon. I told her we wanted to do it differently, since we didn’t like how the last place did it. She gave me a bad look…from there she was discriminatory towards myself and my family, except; for my son who was getting the haircut, of course. My son is seven but actually 3. He has ADHD and autism, but she didn’t seem too sympathetic about that..she didn’t help him to be understanding of situation with his haircut.

I had the best time with Ginae today! Not only did she educate me about my hair, but she gave me a great haircut! We were laughing, having a great time, and it was a great way to start off my week! Thanks again for the product recommendations!
