I've been with Dr Uy and Marla Troyer for 9 years now and I really hate to see them go. I will hopefully talk to you later Marla and Dr Uy if not have a good life. I'm going to miss both of you. Have a good one guys. By the way I will do everything I can to keep my blood sugar down where it should be. Thanks for keeping on kicking my butt Dr Uy and Marla thanks
Just wanted to give 5 stars to Dr. Harley Yoder at Concord Family Medicine for the outstanding care he has given me. He has me taking phentermine 37.5mg tablet for weight loss and I lost 7 pounds on it at my most recent appointment with him 11/13/25. I want the Elkhart Clinic to know that I speak highly of him to alot of people on his professionalism as a doctor and his awesome work that he does with his patients in the office at Concord Family Medicine. The nurse Kandace that i see for check of my vitals before seeing him in the exam room, she is a 1# sweetheart of a nurse with the patients that are there for an appointment with Doc Yoder
Third year doing my annual mammogram with the Elkhart Clinic. Cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. The staff is amazing! After having painful experiences elsewhere, I won't go anywhere else.
