I took my 2021 Luxe 42RL from Michigan to Certified RV in Elkhart, IN. I had previously read reviews stating that they are very knowledgeable about the Luxe product, and I was not disappointed. Before our scheduled visit, Shannon asked us to provide a list of repairs needed. She was incredible at getting warranty repairs covered.
On our scheduled delivery date, Scott met us and was very informative. I needed a couple of parts to make an important repair. I contacted Tammy at CRV. Together we figured out the right parts and size. Tammy packed and shipped the parts the same day. We are fulltimers so getting parts in a timely manner is as important as getting the right part. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Tammy and CRV.
We recently had warranty and repair work done on our Luxe 47FB fifth wheel, and we can honestly say that Certified RV Repair and Service exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the entire team consisting of Brock, Scotty, Brandon, Todd, Roger, Jim, Sam, Shannon, and Tammy treated us with sincere and genuine care and respect—something that’s hard to come by these days.
