I have used Bugsy's a couple of times over the past few years. They are absolutely outstanding. Overall, I can say that they are honest, responsive, super knowledgeable, and solve your problem for a fair price. Unlike many companies, they do not want you to sign some ongoing contract - they just solve your problem! I highly recommend Bugsy's!
I was quoted an outrageous amount ($20k) by another company to remove mice from my attic. To say I was upset is beyond an understatement. A friend referred me to Bugsy's, and from the first call with the owner’s wife, I immediately felt at ease. Her husband called me right after and was at my home the very next day. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and at a fraction of what I was originally quoted. I’m so grateful I found this honest, local business. Highly recommend!
We had a yellow jacket problem on the side of our house that were making their way inside. We called Bugsy and they returned our call and were out within the hour with the problem fixed. Cheap and fast work and no sign of the yellow jackets since they were out.
