Benjamin was fantastic! I'm able to move a lot better and my range of motion has definitely increased since my session earlier today. He was very kind, personable, professional and very particular in his technique. As a massage therapist myself, I know what it's like to work on someone who has severely tight muscles and have it be effective without triggering the body to tightened up further. I applaud his dedication for seeing to it that my back wasn't like the brick wall that it was when I walked in. Thank you!

I had a beautiful experience recieving Reiki from Krystal at the Inner Peace and Wellness Spa. I left feeling calm and relaxed. Not only does she preform reiki, but afterwards she connects with you to talk about your experience and helps you look inward with self reflection. Altogether a great experience everybody needs to try.

I recently gave myself a spa day and inner peace never disappoints.Krystal did my reiki session which was so intense helping me to calm along with realizing things I hadn’t noticed about myself lately.Jennifer did my Swedish massage after and I left feeling brand new and on cloud 9.Highly recommend this place for all of their services!
