NP Laura G- I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge, skill set, approach to conversations, time taken for explaining things and overall care for our little ones. I’ve bragged so much on the practice that adult family members now see them as well. The only reason this is not a full 5 stars is the call center is painful- they can be very rude and unprofessional and it feels very frustrating when you’re trying to get a question answered. I wish you could call the front desk. That being said it is to my understanding the call center is a separate entity so I would never stray away for this concern but it is very frustrating as a patient to deal with . Otherwise to the practice and the providers 5+++ stars!“

She is very nice and did my hair exactly like the photo I showed her. I did want to POINT out that when I came there Wednesday, there was this one woman at the front desk who was kind of rude at first because I said I had an appointment with Megan she seem to get upset because I chose her. As Megan was setting me up I did over hear the woman talking to her very rudely because she didn’t get me but then she came up to me and asked if I was sure that I chose Megan and I said yes because I called and it was her that day, but also I wanted to request her.“
