At a time of high stress, having just moved into a new home and with freezing temperatures looming, I reached out to several companies for quotes, including the company we had recently hired to install a new A/C & furnace in our old home. To speak honestly, Blue Fox was a call I made due to a suggestion from our realtor and I only did so to do my “due diligence” as I was fine with the previous companies work on the install for our old home and kind of expected to go with them again.Cody from Blue Fox responded promptly on the same day of my call, demonstrating not only knowledge and expertise but also a friendly and honest demeanor. Having dealt with furnace installations just six months prior, I had a solid understanding of the process and came prepared with questions. Cody patiently addressed all my inquiries and took the time to educate me further when needed.Talking to Cody, as well as the subsequent technicians, Jake and Caleb, felt like consulting with a trustworthy friend who just happens to work in the industry. The transparency, reliability, and genuine concern for our best interests were evident throughout the process.Despite obtaining additional quotes, including one from the company we used just 6-months prior, we went with Blue Fox as they impressed us during the initial visit. They scheduled the service promptly, accommodated additional options I requested, and even provided recommendations for a bypass humidifier and a 5” filter.Unfortunately, our stroke of bad luck continued when our water heater started leaking the same day we scheduled the furnace install with Blue Fox. Cody, once again, provided clear answers and expert guidance on replacing the water heater, offering the option of a tankless water heater, which I ultimately decided to go with.The installation team, led by Jake and assisted by Caleb, maintained the high standard set by Cody. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to communicate during the entire process, even in less-than-ideal working conditions due to the recent subzero temperatures were truly appreciated.Post-installation, the team took the time to educate me on the new system thoroughly. Cody returned a week later for a follow-up, ensuring everything was in order and addressing any lingering questions. Two weeks into using the new system, I can attest to its fantastic performance, and the installation itself is clean and professionally done.Blue Fox not only made the entire process easy, fast, and low stress but also left me with a sense that my money was well-spent. In a world where upselling and lack of pride in work are common, Blue Fox delivered what I considered true value. It's rare to find a company that is consistent in their level of customer service from the initial phone call to the final check-in.As I’ve shared my recent move-in issues and previous HVAC install situation with my friends, family, and co-workers, I’m basically the go-to guy for “do you have a recommendation of who I should call?” when it comes to HVAC issues. My answer is now simply “ just call Blue Fox”, and I don’t expect that to change.

Dr. Frank goes over and beyond for her patients. There is not enough time to say all the good things about Doc and how she treats the animals and the time she puts in, which is over and beyond exhausting. She truly loves fury creatures; and her "house kitties" are the best(first pic)! Love it when they come up and sit on my lap and visit with my fur-babbies!! Too sweet. Like a welcoming committee. We have been going to Dr. Frank for something like 15+ years and dread the day she decides to retire. She is even cognizant when treatments may become pricey and will help find alternatives if needed - have even gotten long-term meds through Canada so they would not break the bank! What I may respect most about Doc is that if she is not be sure of something 100% or doesn't feel comfortable with what she is seeing she does not hesitate telling you that, then following up with you. To me, that is a true sign of a professional.
JLo vs Taylor Swift, I’ll take either!!Erin is so talented! It’s been a while since I’ve had a new hairstyle and I decided to go bold with some bangs and highlights. Erin turned my dull, boring hair into an almost identical version of the JLo’s hairstyle I had as inspiration! I get compliments on the daily, but the best part was when my son came home from practice and said some boys were talking about me and said I was the mom that looks liked TAYLOR SWIFT!!?☠️ Oh, the power of hair, especially bangs! I just love it and am so thankful Erin is local so she can share her talent with us! Her salon is more like a spa and it feels like I’m treating myself to something special when I’m there. Can’t wait to go back!
John came out right away and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and was able to get my old furnace running.I look toward to getting my water softener installed by unique heating and cooling.

5 out of 5 for me. The tattoo I got was as a memorial to my dog I just recently lost. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Omar was awesome, and my tattoo came out exactly how I wanted. The shop was clean and easy to find. Even had good music playing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who would ask. ✊?

Alex Kenton has amazingly good bedside manners, shows respect for not only his clients, but the other contractors that were on the site, and lives up to his word. While he told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear, everything he said would happen did happen, exactly how he said. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional in the construction industry.

We stopped in for the Tenderloin Special on Tuesday this week and it was fantastic. Large, meaty and well-seasoned! With hot fries and a great coleslaw we went away pledging to return!

I cannot recommend Delphi Animal Hospital more. They have excellent care and are affordable. We have a dog who is stubborn and tends to be accident-prone. We have had two incidents where she needed urgent care. When I called, they advised me to bring her in and that they would treat her the same day. They contacted me for approval if there was a need that would be an additional cost, which I greatly appreciated. Then, they followed up a couple of days later to check on our dog. Their care is genuine, and they make us feel valued. I won't take my dogs anywhere else.
Very caring, ready to take emergencies. We have a senior dog and went in with no notice and it was like going to "Miracle Max" (if anyone is familiar with "The Princess Bride"). Dr. Stauffer gave him a concoction shot and said an egg would (to not quote him, "complete the miracle") and gave us the "Good Luck" farewell (and we heard... "storming the castle" ?)... Wouldn't you know, Roscoe seems to have a new lease on life. Thank you Delphi Veterinary Clinic!
