They were able to help me with a last minute order that a different local florist failed to fill.. their customer service was SUPERIOR!The owner of this shop is to be congratulated on the excellent way in which they treat customers‼️

I had picked up some tulips that turned out to be duds. The owner of the Flower Shoppe II was very kind and gave me some replacement flowers that turned out to be very nice. Great to see customer service in a culture where that seems to be fading.

it's a small-town flower shop. You can't expect the same selection as something in Times Square. That being said, the customer service is phenomenal. I can get flowers delivered within hours.
