“Hugo is a very good team member at Highland. Today, January 25, 2026, it was snowing heavily and Hugo was trying to keep the entrance area mopped and dry so members didn't slip. He mopped several other workout areas as well trying to keep them as clean as possible on a day like this. Hugo is ALWAYS professional, courteous and calm. Nothing gets him rattled.

She likes going into the women’s sauna After her workout and they are doing construction for an add-on. One thing she is concerned about is there being a coed sauna after the construction is done. She has heard that the Crownpoint location has a coed sauna, and it’s always filled with men. She has spoke with her friends, and they all do not like it and feel uncomfortable. Hopefully they keep the women’s sauna where it is and maybe just add another“
