Hugo is a very good team member at Highland. Today, January 25, 2026, it was snowing heavily and Hugo was trying to keep the entrance area mopped and dry so members didn't slip. He mopped several other workout areas as well trying to keep them as clean as possible on a day like this. Hugo is ALWAYS professional, courteous and calm. Nothing gets him rattled.
Great environment to workout. Staff is very friendly and professional. Members are courteous.
Update: Jarrett, the General Manager, is a great asset and ambassador for Planet Fitness. He's very knowledgeable, personable and professional.
This Planet Fitness is always clean and well kept. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. When things slow down even Jim the Trainer is cleaning away. Appreciate the dedication by all.
