He came and inspected my furnace when the pilot light went out. I knew deep down what he was going to say. Sure enough, my furnace was too far gone to be fixed...it was 35 years old. Kevin came back the next day with the estimate. I was able to get an appointment to work around my work schedule for the installation of a new furnace. Jake came out early and began to disassemble my old furnace. Then, Mark and Adam came. They had everything installed and cleaned up perfectly so I could get to work. They were so professional. The following day, Kevin contacted me to see how everything was going with the new furnace. I told him everything was amazing with the installation.
