My sister and I drive an hour to visit this beautiful spa every 8 weeks for the past two years give or take the winter weather. It very clean and quite and has the perfect lighting. 30 minutes before your appointment you can relax with a nice hot neck wrap and refreshments. The staff have always been extremely nice and helpful.
The staff will ask if me if I have any problem area like a sore back or neck. I have a desk job and have alot of tension built up so when my 60 minute full body massage begins Krystal really get in my upper back muscles and works out that tension. I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. I LOVE my spa day! Can't wait for the next 8 week visit! CL“

The hands on learning that you get, the one on one experience and the many different types of training makes a very valuable learning experience. The instructors take time out to really explain things, they answer all your questions and you get to practice the techniques they teach you while asking questions and being able to add your own unique skills. They prepare you for testing and they support you even after you have graduated. For example, I reached out to them after 14 years and the owner still answered all my questions and was very kind and helpful. I was nervous and in pain but he LISTENED and explained my problem. I just had my third appointment and feel better than ever. I'm back at the gym and able to do whatever I want. Do exercises at home and will continue to see Ryan for maintenance. Would highly recommend.“
