My sister and I drive an hour to visit this beautiful spa every 8 weeks for the past two years give or take the winter weather. It very clean and quite and has the perfect lighting. 30 minutes before your appointment you can relax with a nice hot neck wrap and refreshments. The staff have always been extremely nice and helpful.
The staff will ask if me if I have any problem area like a sore back or neck. I have a desk job and have alot of tension built up so when my 60 minute full body massage begins Krystal really get in my upper back muscles and works out that tension. I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. I LOVE my spa day! Can't wait for the next 8 week visit! CL“

“Today was my first appointment with Illinois Dermatology Institute-Crown Point. The front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. My medical assistant was very friendly and welcoming. When I made my appointment a month ago I had 2 spots on my hairline that were worrisome. But before my appointment I accidentally scratched 1 off and the other one went away. I kept my appointment just in case. I explained this to Melanie Griem and she looked me over thoroughly. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. Then I showed her a painful bug under my bra strap. Then she explained what was needed for my hair and how to maintain it between visits. Very professional. I love my hair! When she finished my new haircut it was soft, bouncy, and moved everywhere I turned. High Quality service!“
