We called Mark at Total Comfort Heating & Air as an absolute last-ditch effort after ongoing issues with our HVAC system that another company installed during our home remodel. Despite multiple visits from them, the problem was never fixed.
Mark came out and immediately identified several major issues—wiring done incorrectly, valves installed backwards, unfinished welding, and even a furnace and AC unit that didn’t properly match. Instead of trying to upsell us on an entirely new system like most companies would, Mark took the time to fix what was already there.
