Technician Brad was great. We were out of town and dealing with issues over the phone. He was able to make the fix to our AC while we were away and come home to a cool house! Christina on the phone in the office was also wonderful. Very reasonable also. Highly recommended!!
Repairman, Benji, showed up on time, big plus in this heat. Diagnosed and repaired a broken capacitor. I resigned up for the maintenance agreement and he serviced both of our systems. Excellent job!!
Very hot in Indiana and the primary A/C went out. The part that failed is a capacitor. Benji quickly identified the problem and made the repair. I signed up for Dugan’s annual maintenance plan for both units and Benji serviced them. Very pleased with Dugan!!
