Friendly staff. My dog has been groomed here for the last 3 years. She doesn't fight me when we go in, I think she likes to be pampered. We use Morgan, she's great.
I recently brought my newfie-pyr and husky into the Groom Room. It's hard to find groomers these days that are skilled and accommodating with large fluffy breeds. We searched forever and wish we had known about the Groom Room sooner! They both hadn't been seen by a groomer in forever and were in rough shape. We dropped off both boys and they did an amazing job! They were super accommodating with our mouthy husky and his aversion to other dogs. They managed to dematt and keep their long fur on both.
