Also, the owner was super nice and polite even when I was smelling all of their amazing products they hold. LOL! I was like a little kid in a candy store with all the products for my husbands grooming needs. Lovely facility!”

I got a call from the owner who explained that there was a reason he didn't receive any of my messages and apologized.
We was genuinely apologetic about the experience and explained why there could have been a disconnect. He refunded me and offered to fix them.
Marcus went above and beyond to fix this situation. I will be back because of the way Marcus handled this situation.
Zero Accountability for $50 Haircuts
Spent $100 for my son and me to get two terrible haircuts. My wife literally had to fix both of them when we got home.
What’s worse is the complete lack of basic customer service. I tried calling the shop multiple times and reached out to the owner privately to handle this respectfully before writing a review. Total silence—no callback, no reply.
If you charge $50 a cut, you need to stand behind your work. Marcus check your messages and call me back to fix this.”
