Went in for a haircut after about a year of trimming at home, I was clueless as to how to go about explaining the cut that I wanted. However, Jada was extremely helpful in working with me to find out exactly what kind of haircut I wanted. Especially since my hair was very long. It came out looking more perfect than I thought was possible! I Will be coming back!

I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, but my cosmetologist was very kind about the mix up (even though half the blame was mine for not being clearer in my request) and tried her best to make it better. Hair grows and it’s not a big deal, I hope she still makes great money and has a wonderful life.
