“Great resolution to not great experience.
I am leaving my first review and updating so you see the resolution.
I got a call from the owner who explained that there was a reason he didn't receive any of my messages and apologized.

We was genuinely apologetic about the experience and explained why there could have been a disconnect. He refunded me and offered to fix them.

Marcus went above and beyond to fix this situation. I will be back because of the way Marcus handled this situation.

Zero Accountability for $50 Haircuts
​Spent $100 for my son and me to get two terrible haircuts. My wife literally had to fix both of them when we got home.
​What’s worse is the complete lack of basic customer service. I tried calling the shop multiple times and reached out to the owner privately to handle this respectfully before writing a review. Total silence—no callback, no reply.
​If you charge $50 a cut, you need to stand behind your work. Marcus check your messages and call me back to fix this.“
