They explain procedures and answer questions honestly and succinctly. Waiting room is nicely decorated, clean and has a nice variety of beverages and television viewing. They are always willing to go the extra mile with billing and such for items that may need covered that insurance is challenging and you can not afford out of pocket. Dr. O is very opened and honest about the conditions of their oral health! The office is flexible with scheduling our large family all at the same time and squeezing us in when needed for concerns. They are also special needs friendly which is a huge perk for our family!!!
