The service by the doctor and staff is effective and efficient. For those with a fear of dental work, they are understanding and very nice, keeping their word that patients wouldn't feel anything. Dr. Ratcliff took time to examine and explain the treatment plan, answering all questions to understanding. I had a dental appointment for a cleaning. I showed up early and expected to wait until my appointment time but was taken back within minutes. The staff is very friendly and thorough definitely glad that I chose this business.
