Outstanding Store Manager
She was absolutely the best store manager I’ve ever dealt with. She genuinely cared about me and took the time to understand my vision needs. She deserves to be promoted and paid more. She is simply too good for this store at Warby Parker.
I was so impressed that I would do everything I can to recruit her to work with us. . I’d want to offer her better pay, better benefits, and an opportunity that matches her talent. Warby does!!!

Wonderful experience. Been Warby customers for a while but recently have not had great experience with customer service at the shop in Keystone, so tried here. Completely different experience! Friendly, attentive, happy to be alive. Will be back. Thanks for a great visit!
Usually takes me forever to find frames I like. Trying on so many different frames. Girl showed me section with frames for my fit and I found about 3 pairs I thought looked good in just a few minutes. The whole process was quick!
